Thank You for joining in Prayer and Adoration
for our brother, Lou Brohl.
A Note From Lou...
All I want is for the good Lord’s will to be done in this trial. As a corollary, I want Him to play me as His instrument (like Make Me A Channel of Your Peace). Hey, if there’s sainthood in this affair for Archbishop Sheen, I’m all for that, too. As I have said before, we’re all Homeward Bound, one way or another, and none of us knows the path."

Intercession of Archbishop Fulton John Sheen...
If it be according to Your Will, Eternal Father, glorify Your servant, Archbishop Fulton John Sheen, by granting the favor I now request through his prayerful intercession of total healing of Lou Brohl’s cancer. I make this prayer confidently in Jesus’ Name, through the merits of His Passion, Death and Resurrection.

Prayer for Lou and Rose and the Brohl Family...
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen.

Jesus:  We know the greatest healing You offer us is salvation – the forgiveness of our sins and a new life. We live in a wounded world that needs many kinds of healing.

At this time I ask Lord that you fill me with Your love for Lou Brohl, and with Your Spirit and faith so that I may be an open channel of Your healing and guidance. In this hour Lord, I bring forth my petition for Brother Lou who physically ails this day. I ask for his cure from all cancer. Send the warm healing power of Your spirit to fill him with love and life.

You are the Divine Physician. Please grant wisdom and skill to Lou’s doctors so that they use the earthly gifts and tools you provide to heal and comfort Lou.

May Your grace bring comfort to Lou and his family. May all healing be according to Your Will. Allow Lou to serve You always and be a channel of Your peace. He is the faithful servant in this trial. Use this trial for Your glory.

All this I ask In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen

Meditations:

"The Lord is my shepherd: there is nothing I lack. Psalm 23:1

"And he went forward a little, and fell on the ground, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him. And he said, Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt."

Mark 14:35-36
